Arsenal have reportedly made contact with the representative of Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby.
The north London side are facing the prospect of missing out on Champions League football for the fourth season on the bounce but they are still expected to make a few additions to the squad this summer.
According to Le 10 Sport, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta is actively looking at potential additions to the squad and the club have recently made contact with the agent of Diaby.
The 20-year-old was signed by Leverkusen from Paris Saint-Germain last summer and he has since impressed for the German side with five goals and eight assists in all competitions.
He still has more than four years remaining on his contract with the Bundesliga outfit and reports claim that the Gunners will need to pay at least £26m to land his signature.
Arsenal are keen on signing at least one wide player during the summer. Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser and Chelsea's Willian are some of the other options being considered.
