Arsenal keen on to hijack Dortmund move for 20-year-old Bundesliga forward
German giants Borussia Dortmund are reportedly ready to battle Arsenal for the services of Bayer Leverkusen forward Moussa Diaby during when the summer transfer window will be re-opened in the summer.
The 20-year-old has managed to found back of the net five times and provided eight assists in 27 games for his German team during the 2019-20 season, including two assists against Bundesliga outfits Werder Bremen on Monday night.
The gunners have allegedly identified the France U-21 attacker a potential transfer target this summer, however, according to Le 10 Sport, Borussia Dortmund are also in the hunt for his services.
The report suggests that the German heavyweights have already approached Bayer Leverkusen to inquire over the availability of the France Under-21 side ahead of the 2020-21 campain
Die Werkself have Diaby on a contract until June 2024, however, are believed to be open to offers in the region of £27m.
The talented winger came through the youth ranks at Paris Saint-Germain and played 34 games for the French champions last campaign before making the switch to Leverkusen.
Leverkusen attacking duo Kai Havertz and Leon Bailey have been also rumoured with an exit from BayArena with Manchester United, Liverpool and Real Madrid eyeing a move for his signature.
